Malaekahana Offers the best value for renting Eco-Cabins, (Li'l Grass shacks/Thatched Hales**) and tent camping, in a remote "Old Hawaii" setting. A world away from Waikiki, and minutes from, world class, North Shore, surfing (Waimea, Sunset Beach and Pipeline) visitor attractions/restaurants (Polynesian Cultural Center, Waimea Falls Park) and 36 hole, Turtle Bay resort and Golf club.

| Malaekahana Park-Kahuku section, is a gated 37 acre state park with Eco-cabins, beachfront hales and Li'l Grass shack vacation rentals. Our property opens onto one of the most secluded beaches in Hawaii. Our staff are also "onsite Resident hosts" available 24/7, for guest security, assistance, enforcing state park rules and emergencies. |

CAMPING ACCOMODATIONS
Welcome to "The Old Hawaii" camping experience, stay on the North Shore, on a secluded beach in a safe, secure campground. The best island experience and the most affordable way to see Oahu.
Eco-cabin (1): The 675sq' 1 bedroom (open floor plan with 2-double beds) 1 bath-large 8' x 20' covered lanai, big kitchen, the unit also includes a large propane BBQ with side burner. While it's connected to the grid it also has a transfer switch to a 5kw propane generator and solar power. The unit is made from recycled hi cube cargo containers, that is wind rated to 150 MPH, termite and mold proof it also has its own sewage treatment plant that produces irrigation water from raw sewage. Sleeps up to 6 guests. $150.00 a night.
Eco-duplex (2): The 320 sq' studio , has a small kitchenette, 8 x 12 covered Lanai, bathroom with a outdoor shower entrance, Large propane BBQ w/side burner, 1 double bed and futon, with all the same features as the 1 bedroom. Sleeps up to 4 guests - $80.00 per night.
Li'L Grass Shacks (10): The 8' x 8' thatched shack has a 6' x 8' cushioned carpeted sleeping platform high pitched roof with a Lauhala mat interior, 3 windows, good ventilation. Each site is right on the beach, includes a 8' picnic table with a built in sink/prep area, propane BBQ, two Tiki torches and a large fire pit. Sleeps 2 adults (2 adults and 2 small children) comfortably - $40.00 for 2 adults or $50.00 w/children.
Ali'i Thatched Hale (1): The 500sq' thatched hale has lauhala ceilings, bamboo walls, two (2) double beds, cable T.V. bathroom w/outdoor shower and a small kitchenette. Sleeps 4 to 6 guests - $130.00 per night.
